products for lymphedema patients.

We are “in-network” nationwide with:

- United Healthcare
We are providers nationwide for:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- TriCare
We are contracted with many insurance networks, giving patient’s easy access to “in-network” benefits for many other insurance companies.
If you are having trouble locating an “in-network” provider for lymphedema products and would like us look into getting “in-network,” send us a request.
What does this mean to the lymphedema therapists, referring physicians
and lymphedema patients?
- We can provide daytime, elastic support with
no authorizations.
- We can expedite the authorization process for
nighttime, non-elastic support and the Lympha Press device.
- We can obtain "real time" insurance benefits
online
For insurance companies that we are not contracted with, we will
continue to obtain authorizations for medical products to be paid at
the highest level of benefits each patient is entitled to.
We are contracted for:
CircAid, Jobst, JoVi, Juzo, Lympha Press, Medi, ReidSleeve
Commercial insurance covers:
- Nighttime garment
- Two sleeves/gloves/stockings* every 6 months
- Lympha Press Optimal (now available in the USA)
*leg stockings may be exclusions from some policies. Daytime elastic support loses elasticity, therefore must be replaced every 6 months to provide proper compression.
